On the authority of Al-Hasan and Jabir ibn Zaid, they said: "Whoever possesses a slave with a womb, he is free when he possesses her offspring."
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
