‘Abdur-Rahman bin Sa’d bin ‘Ammar bin Sa’d said:
“My father told me, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet ﷺ used to go out to the ‘Eid prayers walking, and he would come back walking.”

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَخْرُجُ إِلَى الْعِيدِ مَاشِيًا وَيَرْجِعُ مَاشِيًا .
