Narrated 'Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him):

خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ

Prophet ﷺ said, "The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it."
