(8) – Less than one-third of the will

"I would not have accepted the will of a man who has a son who insists on one-third." – Sound Chain
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ بَكْرٍ قَالَ أَوْصَيْتُ إِلَى حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ فَقَالَ
«مَا كُنْتُ لِأَقْبَلَ وَصِيَّةَ رَجُلٍ لَهُ وَلَدٌ يُوصِي بِالثُّلُثِ» – إسناده صحيح
