Anas b.Malik said:

when the prophet ﷺ drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say : It is more whole some ,thrist-quenching and healthier.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ ثَلاَثًا وَقَالَ
" هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ " .
