Umme Haani radiyallahu anha (a cousin of Sayyidina Messenger of Allah ﷺ) says, Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to me (to my house at the time when Makkah was conquered) and asked if there was something to eat. I replied, "Nothing besides dry bread and vinegar." Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Bring it. That house is not without a curry which has vinegar in it."
