Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two blessings in which many people incur loss. (They are) health and free time (for doing good)".

الثالث: عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال: قال رسول الله ﷺ: " نعمتان مغبون فيهما كثير من الناس: الصحة، والفراغ" ((رواه البخاري)).
