(57) – Contentment and Self-esteem and avoidance of unnecessary begging of People

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Richness is not the abundance of wealth, rather it is self-sufficiency."
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي ﷺ قال: "ليس الغنى عن كثرة العرض، ولكن الغنى غنى النفس" ((متفق عليه)). "العرض" بفتح العين والراء: هو المال.
