Hudaifah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up (from sleep), he would rub his teeth with Miswak (tooth-stick).

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

وعن حذيفة رضي الله عنه، قال: كان رسول الله ﷺ، إذا قام من النوم يشوص فاه بالسواك. ((متفق عليه))
