Sunan an-Nasa'i al-Kubra 5726

ʿAlī b. Muslim > ʿAbbād b. ʿAbbād > Hishām b. ʿUrwah > Wahbb. Kaysān > Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever brings life to a dead land, he will have a reward for it. And whatever the wild animals eat from it, it will be considered as charity for him."

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَحْيَا أَرْضًا مَيِّتَةً فَلَهُ بِهَا أَجْرٌ وَمَا أَكَلَتِ الْعَوَافِي مِنْهَا فَهُوَ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ»
