Who Controls the Forbidden Womb
مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مُحَرَّمٍ

ʿĪsá b. Muḥammad Abū ʿUmayr al-Ramlī And ʿĪsá b. Yūnus Yuʿraf Bi-al-Fākhūrī > Ḍamrah > Sufyān > ʿAbdullāh b. Dīnār > Ibn ʿUmar
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever possesses a womb that is forbidden, should set it free." Abu Abdurrahman said to us, "We do not know of anyone who narrated this Hadith from Sufyan except for this silent (narrator), and it is a rejected Hadith, and Allah knows best."
أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ أَبُو عُمَيْرٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ يُعْرَفُ بِالْفَاخُورِيِّ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ مُحَرَّمٍ عَتَقَ» قَالَ لَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَنَّ أَحَدًا رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ غَيْرَ ضَمْرَةَ وَهُوَ حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
