(3) – باب إِنَّمَا الْوَلاَءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
(3) – Al-Wala' (Right of inheritance) belongs to the one who manumits the slave

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Shu'ba with the same chain of transmitters.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ .
