Muwatta Imam Malik Book of Burials, Hadith 1

Yahya related to me from Malik from Jafar ibn Muhammad from his father that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was washed in a long shirt.

حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ غُسِّلَ فِي قَمِيصٍ .
