It was narrated that Jabir said:
'We used to practice coitus interruptus during the time of the Messenger of Allah when the Qur'an was being revealed.”

حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ .
