He said to the Messenger of Allah, "O Messenger of Allah, do you see a medicine that we can use for treatment, and a talisman that we can hang with it? Does that go against Allah's decree in any way?" The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, "It is part of Allah's decree." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about this in his summary. – Remains Silent

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ وَيُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ أَبَا خُزَامةَ بْنَ يَعْمَرَ أَحَدَ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ حَدَّثَهُ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَرَأَيْتَ دَوَاءً نَتَدَاوَى بِهِ وَرُقًى نَسْتَرْقِي بِهَا هَلْ يَرُدُّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ قَدَرِ اللَّهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّهُ مِنْ قَدَرِ اللَّهِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص – سكت عنه
