Azhar b. Ḥamdūn al-Munādī > Abū Qilābah > ʿAmr b. ʿĀṣim al-Kilābī > Abū al-ʿAwwām > Abū Isḥāq al-Shaybānī > Ibn Abū Awfá

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, Allah is with the judge as long as he does not act unjustly. And when he acts unjustly, Allah Almighty absolves Himself from him." This is narrated by Abu Al-Awwam, who is Imran ibn Dawud Al-Qattan, and the chain of narration is authentic. – Sound

أَخْبَرَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ حَمْدُونٍ الْمُنَادِي بِبَغْدَادَ ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الْكِلَابِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَوَّامِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْقَاضِي مَا لَمْ يَجُرْ فَإِذَا جَارَ تَبَرَّأَ اللَّهُ ﷻ مِنْهُ» أَبُو الْعَوَّامِ هَذَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ دَاودَ الْقَطَّانُ وَالْإِسْنَادُ صَحِيحٌ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح – صحيح
