Mustadrak al-Hakim 4284

Abū Bakr b. Isḥāq > ʿUbayd b. Sharīk > Nuʿaym b. Ḥammād > ʿAbdullāh b. al-Mubārak > Ḥashraj b. Nubātah > Saʿīd b. Jumhān

From the ship of the master of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , it is narrated that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ built the mosque, Abu Bakr came with a stone and placed it, then Umar came with a stone and placed it, then Uthman came with a stone and placed it. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "These are the leaders after me." This is an authentic Hadith with a sound chain of narration, and it was not narrated by Sahih. – Sound

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ شَرِيكٍ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ثنا حَشْرَجُ بْنُ نُبَاتَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُمْهَانَ

عَنْ سَفِينَةَ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَمَّا بَنَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ الْمَسْجِدَ جَاءُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ بِحَجَرٍ فَوَضَعَهُ ثُمَّ جَاءَ عُمَرُ بِحَجَرٍ فَوَضَعَهُ ثُمَّ جَاءَ عُثْمَانُ بِحَجَرٍ فَوَضَعَهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «هَؤُلَاءِ وُلَاةُ الْأَمْرِ مِنْ بَعْدِي هَذَا» حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح – صحيح
