Mustadrak al-Hakim 1144

Abū Bakr Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh al-Shāfiʿī > Abū Ismāʿīl al-Sulamī > Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ b. Hāniʾ > al-Faḍl b. Muḥammad al-Shaʿrānī > Saʿīd b. Abū Maryam > Yaḥyá b. Ayyūb > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > ʿAmrah > ʿĀʾishah

The translation is: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to perform the Witr prayer with three units. In the first unit, he would recite "Subhanak Allahumma wa bihamdika, tabarakasmuka, wa ta'ala jadduka, wa la ilaha ghairuka" (Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. Blessed is Your name and exalted is Your majesty. There is no deity worthy of worship except You). In the second unit, he would recite "Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun" (Say, O disbelievers). And in the third unit, he would recite "Qul huwa Allahu ahad" (Say, He is Allah, the One). Then he would seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak (Al-Falaq) and seek refuge in the Lord of mankind (An-Nas)." This is a sound hadith according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs (Al-Bukhari and Muslim), and they did not include it in their collections. "Saeed ibn Ufair is the undisputed leading Imam of the people of Egypt, and he has presented the hadith with interpretation and clarification, indicating that the rak'ah which is witr (single) is separate from the two rak'ahs that precede it." Its narrators are trustworthy according to them, and it meets the criteria of Al-Bukhari and Muslim. – Sound Chain per Bukhārī and Muslim
