(21) – بَابُ: فِي النَّهْيِ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا
(21) – In the prohibition of selling fruits until they ripen

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruits till they were clearly in good condition, forbidding it both to the seller and to the buyer. – Strong Chain
أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ
«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ» – إسناده قوي
