Umar said, "We do not allow a divorced woman to have the right to housing and financial support in the religion of Allah, three times for her. Abu Muhammad said, "I do not see housing and financial support for the divorced woman." – Sound Chain

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ قَالَ

عُمَرُ «لَا نُجِيزُ قَوْلَ امْرَأَةٍ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا لَهَا السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةُ» قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد «لَا أَرَى السُّكْنَى وَالنَّفَقَةَ لِلْمُطَلَّقَةِ» – إسناده صحيح
