The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "The permission of a virgin is sought, and her silence is considered as her permission." – Sound Chain
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ أَوَّلُ شَيْءٍ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «تُسْتَأْذَنُ الْبِكْرُ وَإِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا» – إسناده صحيح
