“The food of one person is sufficient for two, the food of two is sufficient for four, and the food for four is sufficient for eight.” – Sound Chain
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «طَعَامُ الْوَاحِدِ يَكْفِي الِاثْنَيْنِ وَطَعَامُ الِاثْنَيْنِ يَكْفِي الْأَرْبَعَةَ وَطَعَامُ الْأَرْبَعَةِ يَكْفِي ثَمَانِيَةً» – إسناده صحيح

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لَهُ «سَمِّ اللَّهَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ» – إسناده قوي
