Jaʿfar b. ʿAwn > Ismāʿīl b. Muslim > ʿAmr b. Dīnār > Ṭāwus > Ibn ʿAbbās
that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'The Hudud are not carried in the Masjid, and the father is not killed for the son." – Weak Chain
أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَونٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَلَا يُقَادُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ» – إسناده ضعيف
