Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:

The Prophet ﷺ said: If the property of anyone is designed to be taken away without any right and he fights and is killed, he is a martyr.

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَسَنٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي، إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ :
" مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقَاتَلَ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
