Shama'il al-Muhammadiya 134

Anas bin Maalik (may Allah be pleased with him) says:
"Dates were presented to Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I saw him eating them. Due to hunger he was sitting on the support of something and not on his own support".

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ: أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِتَمْرٍ فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَأْكُلُ وَهُوَ مُقْعٍ مِنَ الْجُوعِ.
