Aḥmad b. Sulaymān al-Ruhāwī > Abū Dāwud al-Ḥafarī > Sufyān > Sulaymān al-Taymī > Anas

The Prophet ﷺ used to advise at the time of his death to "pray and take care of what your right hands possess." Abu Abdur-Rahman Sulaiman Al-Taimi said that he did not hear this hadith from Anas.

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرُّهَاوِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُوصِي عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ «الصَّلَاةَ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ لَمْ يُسْمَعْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مِنْ أَنَسٍ
