Sunan an-Nasa'i al-Kubra 11816

Qutaybah b. Saʿīd > ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Abū Ḥāzim from his father > Sahl b. Saʿd

We were with the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ at the trench when he said, "O Allah, there is no life except the life of the Hereafter, so forgive the Muhajireen (migrants) and the Ansar (helpers)."

عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ بَالْخَنْدَقِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُمَّ لَا عَيْشَ إِلَّا عَيْشُ الْآخِرَةِ فَاغْفِرْ لِلْمُهَاجِرِينَ وَالْأَنْصَارِ»
