(137) – مَا يَقُولُ إِذَا انْتَهَى إِلَى قَوْمٍ فَجَلَسَ إِلَيْهِمْ
(137) – What to say when you come to a group and sit with them

ʿAmr b. ʿAlī > ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Ḥammād b. Salamah > ʿAṭāʾ b. al-Sāʾib > Abū Razīn > Muʿādh b. Jabal
Narrated by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , he said, "Shall I not guide you to one of the gates of Paradise?" The people asked, "What is it, O Messenger of Allah?" He replied, "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no power or strength except with Allah).
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي رَزِينٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «ألَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى بَابٍ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ؟» قَالَ وَمَا هُوَ قَالَ «لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللهِ»
