Completion of the month of Sha'ban thirty times when it is cloudy and mention of the discrepancies of the narrators' words regarding the report of Abu Hurayrah in it.
إِكْمَالُ شَعْبَانَ ثَلَاثِينَ إِذَا كَانَ غَيْمٌ وَذِكْرُ اخْتِلَافِ أَلْفَاظِ النَّاقِلِينَ لِخَبَرِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فِيهِ

Muʾammal b. Hishām > Ismāʿīl > Shuʿbah > Muḥammad b. Ziyād > Abū Hurayrah
"the Messenger of Allah said: 'Fast when you see it and stop fasting when you see it, and if it is obscured from you (too cloudy), then count it as thirty (days). "'
أَخْبَرَنِي مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ فَإِنَّ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمُ الشَّهْرُ فَعُدُّوا ثَلَاثِينَ»
