اسْتِحْقَاقُ اسْمِ الْخَمْرِ لِشَرَابِ الْبُسْرِ وَالتَّمْرِ

Sūwayd b. Naṣr > ʿAbdullāh > Shuʿbah > Muḥārib b. Dithār > Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh
I heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying, "Al-Busr (a type of juice) and dates are alcoholic beverages." Sulaiman ibn Mihran al-A'mash raised it.
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ جَابِرٍ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ «الْبُسْرُ وَالتَّمْرُ خَمْرٌ» رَفَعَهُ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ الْأَعْمَشُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «الزَّبِيبُ وَالتَّمْرُ هُوَ الْخَمْرُ»
