It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said:

"I used to pray with the Prophet ﷺ and his prayer was moderate in length and his Khutbah was moderate in length."

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَكَانَتْ صَلاَتُهُ قَصْدًا وَخُطْبَتُهُ قَصْدًا .
