Sunan an-Nasa'i 1564

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, Abu Bakr, 'Umar, may Allah (Subhanahu-wa-Taala) be pleased with them, used to offer the 'Eid prayer before the Khutbah.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَأَبَا بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ - رضى الله عنهما - كَانُوا يُصَلُّونَ الْعِيدَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ .
