(6) – باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ الاِنْتِبَاذِ فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ مَنْسُوخٌ وَأَنَّهُ الْيَوْمَ حَلاَلٌ مَا لَمْ يَصِرْ مُسْكِرًا
(6) – The prohibition of making Nabidh in Al-Muzaffat, Ad-Dubba' (Gourds), Al-Hantam and An-Naqir; This has been abrogated and now it is permitted, so long as it does not become intoxicating

Ibrahim b. Maisarah reported that he heard Tawus as saying: I was sitting with Ibn 'Umar when a man came to him, and said: Did Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbid the preparation of Nabidh in a green pitcher (besmeared with pitch), in varnished jar and in gourd? Thereupon he said: Yes.
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا، يَقُولُ كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ أَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ قَالَ نَعَمْ
