Nu'man b. Bashir (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to his father: Call me not as witness to an injustice.

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الأَحْوَلِ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لأَبِيهِ " لاَ تُشْهِدْنِي عَلَى جَوْرٍ " .
