(12) – باب قَدْرِ مَا تَسْتَحِقُّهُ الْبِكْرُ وَالثَّيِّبُ مِنْ إِقَامَةِ الزَّوْجِ عِنْدَهَا عَقِبَ الزِّفَافِ

(12) – How long a virgin and a previously-married woman are entitled to have the husband stay with them after marriage

A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Ibn Humaid.

وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو ضَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ .
