Muwatta Imam Malik Book of Speech, Hadith 3

Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Let none of you complain about time, for Allah is time.'

وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ " لاَ يَقُلْ أَحَدُكُمْ يَا خَيْبَةَ الدَّهْرِ . فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الدَّهْرُ " .
