Abū Naṣr Aḥmad b. Sahl al-Faqīh Bibukhārá > Isḥāq b. Aḥmad b. Ṣafwān al-Bukhārī > Yaḥyá b. Jaʿfar al-Bukhārī > ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Maʿmar > Ayyūb > Abū Qilābah > Anas > Qāl Rasūl

The messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Dreams are based on their interpretation, and the likeness of this is like a man who lifted his leg, waiting to put it down. So, if any of you sees a dream, do not narrate it unless to a sincere advisor or a knowledgeable person." – Sound

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ الْبُخَارِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْبُخَارِيُّ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِنَّ الرُّؤْيَا تَقَعُ عَلَى مَا تُعَبَّرُ وَمَثَلُ ذَلِكَ مَثَلُ رَجُلٍ رَفَعَ رِجْلَهُ فَهُوَ يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يَضَعُهَا فَإِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ رُؤْيَا فَلَا يُحَدِّثْ بِهَا إِلَّا نَاصِحًا أَوْ عَالِمًا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح – صحيح
