Mustadrak al-Hakim 8041

It was narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The blood of a Muslim who testifies that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, is not lawful to shed, except in one of three cases: a married person who commits adultery, a life for a life, or one who forsakes his religion and separates from the community." – Sound Chain per Bukhārī and Muslim

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلِ بْنِ خَلَفٍ الْقَاضِي ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْقَاضِي ثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يَحِلُّ دَمُ امْرِئٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْقِبْلَةِ إِلَّا بِإِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ قَتَلَ فَيُقْتَلَ وَالثَّيِّبُ الزَّانِي وَالْمُفَارِقُ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ أَوْ قَالَ «الْخَارِجُ مِنَ الْجَمَاعَةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ على شرط البخاري ومسلم – على شرط البخاري ومسلم
