Mustadrak al-Hakim 8025

Abū ʿAbdullāh Muḥammad b. Yaʿqūb al-Shaybānī > Yaḥyá b. Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá > Musaddad > Bishr b. al-Mufaḍḍal > ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Isḥāq > al-Zuhrī > ʿAṭāʾ b. Yazīd al-Laythī > Abū Shurayḥ al-ʿAdawī

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Among the most aggressive people against Allah Almighty are those who kill someone who did not kill them, or seek revenge for bloodshed during the era of ignorance from the people of Islam, and whoever blinds another person while sleeping and prevents them from seeing."

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْعَدَوِيِّ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مِنْ أَعْتَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَعَالَى مَنْ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ أَوْ طَلَبَ بِدَمٍ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ وَمَنْ بَصُرَ عَيْنَيْهِ فِي النَّوْمِ مَا لَمْ تُبْصِرْ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ إِلَّا أَنَّ يُونُسَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ بِإِسْنَادٍ آخَرَ
