"Regarding Umar, Ali, Abdullah, and Zaid, who are siblings from the same mother and father, and siblings from the same mother, it is said that the brothers from the same mother and father share one-third of the inheritance. This is because they claim to be offspring of the mother alone, and the father's presence only establishes a relationship of closeness. So, they are partners in one-third of the inheritance."
