al-Ḥasan b. Yaʿqūb al-ʿAdl > Yaḥyá b. Abū Ṭālib > ʿAbd al-Wahhāb b. ʿAṭāʾ > ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAwn > al-Shaʿbī > al-Ashʿath b. Qays > Khāṣam

"He disputed with a man in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ in a land. He placed his right hand on one of them, and the other one said, 'O Messenger of Allah, if he swears, I will concede my land to him.' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'Leave him, for indeed, whoever swears with a false oath in order to unjustly take the wealth of a Muslim, Allah will meet him on the Day of Resurrection while He is angry with him, and He will either pardon him or punish him.'" – Sound

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَوْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ

أَنَّهُ خَاصَمَ رَجُلًا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي أَرْضٍ فَجَعَلَ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى أَحَدِهِمَا فَقَالَ الْآخَرُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنْ حَلَفَ دَفَعْتُ إِلَيْهِ أَرْضِي فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «اتْرُكْهُ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَهُوَ مُجْتَمِعٌ عَلَيْهِ غَضَبًا عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَوْ عَاقَبَهُ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ صحيح – صحيح
