Muḥammad b. Ṣāliḥ b. Hāniʾ > Abū Saʿīd al-Ḥasan b. ʿAbd al-Ṣamad al-Quhunduzī > Yaḥyá b. Yaḥyá And ʿAmrū b. Zurārah > Saʿīd b. Salamah > Ismāʿīl b. Umayyah > ʿUmar b. ʿAṭāʾ b. Abū al-Ḥuwār > ʿUbayd b. Jurayj > al-Ḥārith b. al-Barṣāʾ

"I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Hajj, between the two Jamrats, saying, 'Whoever unlawfully takes the wealth of his Muslim brother with his right hand, then he should take his seat in the Fire as a punishment, until his witnessing companion eventually delivers his absent one's testimony' - repeating this statement two or three times." – Sound

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ الْقُهُنْدُزِيُّ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى وَعَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ قَالَا ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحُوَارِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْبَرْصَاءِ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي الْحَجِّ بَيْنَ الْجَمْرَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ مَالَ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ بِيَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ لِيُبَلِّغْ شَاهِدُكُمْ غَائِبَكُمْ» مَرَّتَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثًا «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ» صحيح – صحيح
