"From Jabir ibn Abdullah, he said: 'They slaughtered on the day of Khaybar the red camels, the mules, and the horses. Then the Prophet ﷺ forbade them from slaughtering the red camels and mules, but he did not forbid them from slaughtering the horses.'" – Sound Chain per Muslim

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزَّاهِدُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ «أَنَّهُمْ ذَبَحُوا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ الْحُمُرَ وَالْبِغَالَ وَالْخَيْلَ فَنَهَاهُمُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ الْحُمُرِ وَالْبِغَالِ وَلَمْ يَنْهَهُمْ عَنِ الْخَيْلِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط مسلم – على شرط مسلم
