Mustadrak al-Hakim 4307

Regarding the saying of Ibn Abbas about the verse of Allah Almighty: "If you have believed in Allah and what We sent down upon Our servant on the day of criterion," [Surah Al-Anfal 41]. He means by "the day of criterion" the day of Badr, the day when Allah distinguished between the truth and falsehood. – Sound

أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ الْعَنَزِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {إِنْ كُنْتُمْ آمَنْتُمْ بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِنَا يَوْمَ الْفُرْقَانِ} [الأنفال 41] يَعْنِي بِالْفُرْقَانِ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ يَوْمَ فَرَّقَ اللَّهُ بَيْنَ الْحَقِّ وَالْبَاطِلِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» صحيح – صحيح
