Mustadrak al-Hakim 30

Abū Bakr b. Isḥāq > Muḥammad b. Ayyūb > Aḥmad b. Yūnus > Abū Bakr b. ʿAyyāsh > al-Ḥasan b. ʿAmr al-Fuqaymī > Muḥammad b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman b. Yazīd from his father > ʿAbdullāh

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The believer does not use foul language, curse, behave indecently, or be obscene." "There is another witness regarding this hadith from Ibrahim al-Nakha'i. It must be mentioned, even if its chain of transmission does not meet the conditions of the two Sheikhs." Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summary. – Remains Silent

حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أَنْبَأَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْفُقَيْمِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَيْسَ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِالطَّعَّانِ وَلَا اللِّعَانِ وَلَا الْفَاحِشِ وَلَا الْبَذِيءِ» «وَلِلْحَدِيثِ شَاهِدٌ ثَانٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ لَا بُدَّ مِنْ ذِكْرِهِ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ إِسْنَادُهُ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص – سكت عنه
