Mustadrak al-Hakim 1625

Abū Jaʿfar Aḥmad b. ʿUbayd al-Ḥāfiẓ Bihamdān > Ibrāhīm b. al-Ḥusayn > Shabābah b. Sawwār > al-Layth b. Saʿd > Yazīd b. Abū Ḥabīb > Muʿādh b. Anas

From his father that he was one of the companions of the Prophet ﷺ , that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Ride these animals safely and treat them safely, and do not make them a means of sitting."

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْحَافِظُ بِهَمْدَانَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ثنا شَبَابَةُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ

عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «ارْكَبُوا هَذِهِ الدَّوَابَّ سَالِمَةً وَابْتَدِعُوهَا سَالِمَةً وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوهَا كَرَاسِيَّ»
