Mustadrak al-Hakim 1244

Abū Saʿīd Aḥmad b. Yaʿqūb al-Thaqafī > Yūsuf b. Yaʿqūb > Muḥammad b. Abū Bakr > Khālid b. al-Ḥārith > Ashʿath > al-Ḥasan > Abū Bakrah

"That the Prophet ﷺ performed two units of prayer, similar to your prayer now, at the time of the solar and lunar eclipses. He did not delay it and may Allah send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and all of his companions."

أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِمِثْلِ صَلَاتِكُمْ هَذَا فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ وَالْقَمَرِ» وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ
