"The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a slave woman who commits adultery but is not married. He said, 'If she commits adultery, then flog her, and if she commits adultery again, then flog her.' He said, 'I do not know about the third or fourth time, sell her, even if it is for a lock of hair.'" – Strong Chain
حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ تَزْنِي وَلَمْ تُحْصَنْ فَقَالَ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ زَنَتْ فَاجْلِدُوهَا قَالَ فَمَا أَدْرِي فِي الثَّالِثَةِ أَوْ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ «فَبِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِضَفِيرٍ» – إسناده قوي
