Anas reported that the Prophet ﷺ used to make supplication with this supplication, "O Allah, give us good in this world and good in the Next World and protect us from the punishment of the Fire."

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يُكْثِرُ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ بِهَذَا الدُّعَاءِ: اللَّهُمَّ آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً، وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً، وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ.
