Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:

The Prophet ﷺ said: If someone is donated something, and he mentions it, he thanks for it, and if he conceals it, he is ungrateful for it.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ " مَنْ أَبْلَى بَلاَءً فَذَكَرَهُ فَقَدْ شَكَرَهُ وَإِنْ كَتَمَهُ فَقَدْ كَفَرَهُ " .
